(Fired Krada Legs) 55 cd
Klingon dish consisting of cooked lower appendages of a small animal. Traditional krada are broiled, but at Yeoj we prefer frying. At Yeoj we only use the legs of the Greater Krada which are more flavorful. The Greater Krada, although standing under half a meter tall, is vicious when cornered. It has a powerful kick and a nasty leg spur capable of inflicting a deep and painful wound. We hunt our krada at night in the Rakonian swamps armed with a GhIntaq (Battle Spear), torch and a net. These small animals are fast, but not fast enough! A warriors dish indeed. Qapla!
(Qagh / Serpent worms) .25 bpl
Qagh (or “serpent worms”) is by far the most recognized of Klingon delicacies. It comes in over
51 varieties, including torghud qagh, vIlDIng qagh, mIcha’ qagh, etlhul qagh, and wIStng qagh. Each variety has a different flavor, and feels different as you swallow it. Although it is sometimes served stewed or cold (like revenge) true connoisseurs of Klingon cuisine know that gagh is best served alive. Qagh is served frequently aboard Klingon warships, perhaps too frequently for some crewmembers. It is believed that a steady diet of qagh may have been responsible for more than a few mutiny’s.

Left Ear of Gorn
(Various styles) 0.10 cd
Gorn left ears are sautéed quickly (least they become rubbery) in butter and herbs then flambéed in Saurian brandy to form a sauce. Served on a bed of Antedean flavored couscous. The left ear of a Gorn is absolutely the only edible part, inside or out. Quite tasty really, if a bit chewy. For some reason the right ear is tough and the cochlear fluids impart an unpleasant taste. (Some say they sleep on their right side.) We use only the freshest Gorn and immediately transport them live into space, then beam them right back to the restaurant and while they are still at cryogenic temperature smash them into tiny pieces with a sledgehammer, extract the left ears and beam the rest back into space. While StarShip captains may demur and spare the life of a Gorn opponent, we say let your palate be the judge! We also make a dessert version of this dish. Why not try both? Much has been written – pro and con – about the ethics of this, one of our most controversial dishes, as it features the flesh of a “sentient” being. (This last point is debatable.)
